Sinoma Advanced Nitride Ceramics Co.,Ltd. is subordinate to CNBM, is a state-level high-tech enterprise, a state-level "specialized, special and new" small giant enterprise, and a provincial-level gazelle enterprise.
The company has been engaged in the research of silicon nitride ceramics since 1978, and is one of the earliest R&D units of silicon nitride materials in China. It has applied for/authorized 78 patents, and owns independent core technologies including powder synthesis, material preparation and precision processing, and its production and technological strength is at the leading level in China, and its production scale ranks the first in China.
The company is the third company in the world to master the manufacturing of hot isostatic pressing (HIP) silicon nitride ceramic balls in bulk, and the products are supplied in bulk to the global bearing head enterprises (such as SKF, Schaeffler, NSK, NTN, Jtekt, MinebeaMitsumi, etc.), and the performance of the developed high thermal conductivity silicon nitride ceramic substrate is up to the performance of the same kind of products in Japan.
